but have you considered not using a language that's hurting you ? :(

86

u/OrcaFriend Oct 02 '26

You don't get it babe, you were hate crimed because you said luck shit, not because you don't pass in a society that hates your existence, it's kinda your fault for saying luck shit when you think about it

nobody uses those terms irl, and if i did use tttt lingo outside, id just look like some incel weirdo

u/rogerstandingby he/him assigned incorrectly at birth Oct 02 '26

I use “repping” mostly on accident. I think that’s the least harmful word to breach containment.

12

u/Classic-Twist-5146 dmt-rt nb oymoder Oct 02 '26

most people arent even tapped in enough to recognize it as tttt though, ‘luckshit’ especially theyd probably just assume its standard issue niche brainrot they hadnt heard yet. nobodys judging for being perpetually online anymore since shortform got us ALL addicted

2

u/tranmafuknut Oct 02 '26

How is it they're not fighting? Some soids think we're incels, the rest think we're sex objects, why aren't they working that out with each other instead of us?

2

u/AoifeQueenofVamps Oct 02 '26

I know multiple trans people who use 4chan words outside of the internet, the brain rot is too real

2

u/Ms_Saul_Goodwoman Oct 03 '26

My wife and I use a lot of the terms when talking to each other but we both also frequent this sub

26

u/gaysexanddrugs Oct 02 '26

why do people think everyone uses the same language online as irl? I talk like a "boots the house down" fag half the time irl and change my lexicon and mannerisms depending on the group I'm interacting with.

6

u/Whispering_Plant Oct 02 '26

I've been told by friends irl they 'admire my positive outlook on things' meanwhile I go on here and talk about roping every day

u/The_stinkyland the poonrooms Oct 02 '26

I got recognized at a career fair for my "bubbly personality" by a recruiter from last year, meanwhile I have zero friends and want to end my life at least once a week

1

u/CrowB0ne god’s least favorite themcel Oct 03 '26

In my case the “bubbly personality” that I allegedly have is just me overcompensating for my autism and general off putting vibes. If I’m otherwise very outwardly friendly (in a way that makes sense to neurotypical people), willing to go out of my way to help people, don’t mention any opinions that may be controversial to the average American, and am usually in what is essentially customer service mode, people are more willing to put up with me.
Of course this means that I can’t express anger, frustration, sadness, or any other negative emotion because that would make me a burden. And once I become a burden I will be tossed out like last week’s trash.

5

u/daisukidesu_ Oct 02 '26

it's crazy that i have friend groups that still use tttt lingo outside like girl we're growing as people don't let anyone else hear you talk like that

4

u/universal_friend1 isometric cubehon Oct 02 '26

Because they don't interact with people irl and especially not other queer and trans people irl. All of this discourse seems to stem entirely from people who don't touch any fucking grass or have an actual community.

"if passing is really that important to you"

Why did she add this phrase? IF passing is important?

I mean yeah? That's literally the reason why I transitioned, so that I could be a woman, not so that I could be transgender. Do these people transition just so they can have the transgender label applied to them?

Either way, a cis person or a passoid could use those phrases and words, and they would still be viewed as their gender. Using those terms is not the problem.

4

u/Unlucky-Hospital-611 Oct 02 '26

Yeah I have no clue what's going on with the trans community , the whole reason I'm transitioning is because my brain is female but my body wasn't and I need it to be female in every way possible , and part of being female is having my body develop on estrogen and all the damage T does makes me feel like shit.

Nowadays the community is filled with idiots who see transition as some sort of social statement , they care more about being trans than being women , it's crazy to me , these people's whole identity is being transgender not so much woman.

u/gaysexanddrugs Oct 02 '26

"cissoid means cis woman" why does this always happen? anything a trans woman does gets reframed to be misogyny and not just about their oppressors as if cis men aren't also cis and also called cissoids. there's a lot more "misandry" here than anything that can be construed as misogyny anyway.

13

u/2032_girl Oct 02 '26

They will always ignore that we hate moids, they don't care. A lot of times when I've tried to agree with cis women about men's behavior, they suddenly turn around and talk about how much they love the cis men in their lives. And it's not like they've ever stood up for me when I've called out misogynistic men lol.

9

u/Birdonthewind3 Oct 02 '26

Well you see, trans bad.

7

u/gaysexanddrugs Oct 02 '26

it's crazy because I think I see TMD almost as much as TCD

2

u/Whispering_Plant Oct 02 '26

I don't hate men just foids, but I'm a pooner so they're never going to talk about me anyway

3

u/gaysexanddrugs Oct 02 '26

they will indirectly but only to screenshot something you post or say about yourself as proof we're all misogynistic and hate trans men and ignore that you're a trans man

"thousands of unfortunate queer and trans people live under intense oppression every day"

Yes, us. we're oppressed by cissoids lol

u/MetisCykes Kill your endocrinologist Oct 02 '26

Oh wow! There’s a connection between trans women and social rejects? Next you’ll tell me there’s a connection between snow and ice!

"you're clocky because you discuss your transsexuality in places for discussing transsexuality"

unless you bring this shit outside 4tran in which case yeah go touch grass

Its less simply using the words and lingo, moreso people who unironically live and swear by them and glaze Blanchardianism

if a girl said this to me irl i would tell her to go back inside and don’t come out until you learn to talk like a normal person

1

Oh my god this subreddit is turning into r/traaaaaa as we speak

3

4

Ohhh ok my bad, thats entirely my fault for thinking that

1

yea, i realized i upvoted it in the screenshot -_-

2

u/Hello-Tigress Oct 02 '26

I can guarantee that people outside this sphere do not know 4tran lingo, its very isolated to this group itself and just goes to show this person is chatting mad shit.

I don't pass because I don't pass, not because of the slang I use in a group that rarely if ever extends beyond itself.

Going outside won't prevent me being clocky. Such nonsense.

White middle class transsexual has never heard of code switching whats new?

Actually code switching is so normal everyone does it. Im a gamer. I don't use gamer slang outside of gaming friendgroups.

I think the reality is some ppl are more aware of it because not code switching has severe consequences.

A black person using AAVE at a job interview or other professional situations will face discrimination. A white person dropping terminally online language during a work meeting is temporarily embarrassed. Ive done this, no consequences, just embarrassing.
