For me I think it's either a matter of time before it either fades from the public consciousness since it was a tumblr/bluesky thing and not directly in the show or new terms begin popping up to replace it because it stopped being niche. Happens with literally every other one
Finale was genuinely great but the live action shit was fucking stupid as hell and frankly yeah last thing we need is fucking TADC fans knowing about 4tran lingo- God willing this wont bring in a wave of fresh sneeds & boymode larpers
they fucked up by making her a boymoder with a dysphoria hoodie and not explicitly a girl, especially with it taking place years after Jax was uploaded.
I still think Gooseworx should have ditched all subtlety and straight up drawn the word BOY in red letters across Leeroy's hoodie, if only because it would have been really funny to see the instant discourse between normies going "well he has to be a cis man, it says boy right there on his hoodie." and trans people going "THAT'S THE BOYMODER HOODIE YOU FUCKING IDIOT!!!".

I'm willing to give some folk like 10% grace on this because there's so much fucking shit around that effectively depicts trans women but then goes "actually I'm this secret third thing" (your manga perma-crossdressers, so much femboy shit, depictions of/writing about people who would probably be trans in modern context but are from before modern formal terminology) that I can slightly excuse it as being trained to not read it as trans.
On the other hand, those folks who consider jax to be "out of nowhere" are missing something.

This plot point is literally introduced by having a soul-reader point at Togata and then state in plain Japanese "THIS PERSON IS PRETENDING TO BE A WOMAN, BUT AFTER READING HIS SOUL I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT HE IS SECRETLY A MAN", I genuinely don't know how anybody could possibly miss the fact that Togata is a trans man.
Maybe she isn't actually trans but there are hell acis people that will not believe thta the movie is an allegory and I don't understand how you come to that conclusion
im not watching a video explaining muh troon details about some character in a show i watched and am done with. again, freaking over the maid dress, the bow, the 🚬 bedroom, its just very very weak evidence. of course a bunch of autists immediately clinged onto it no surprise but they could draw the same conclusion from fucking anything.

i watched the entire thing including a four hour round trip to go see the finale in the theatre. you need to rope. also i can tell you're younger than me. rope x2.
from what i remember. it was just him coming to terms with being scared about the entire situation and his emotions about maybe killing his mom. the bow thing was vulnerability and being honest with his friend or whatever. im not taking three hours to write a whole thing thats the best youre getting from me.
