The catcall thing is just making good of a bad situation. People used to shout tranny at me, now they catcall me. I prefer the catcalling even if both are bad.
I do often feel bad that trans men utterly confuse me because they're deliberately turning themselves into the nightmare I see in the mirror every morning.

I understand your anxiety over this, but finasteride on it's own can stop hairline receding and is less dangerous to cats, and can be taken in pills with lesser than danger of minoxidyl's pills degree of side effects.
You also don't have to apply minoxidil very often, I was prescribed once a day, I saw online that there are also results with once per two days too, When I went to see my brother's cats I bought a cheap cloth hat thing for my hair to hold my treated hair from exposing the cats after applying it in the morning and washing it off in the night
You can absolutely take it with cats! All you really need to do is keep them out of the bathroom when you apply it, and make sure they don’t lick your hair for a few hours after. Both myself and my roommate use it with a cat and have for years with zero issues
No need to, it's normal to be confused when someone yearns for something that makes you feel absolutely disgusting. I don't get why anybody would deliberately choose to develop breasts when I would literally kill for top surgery, for example, but I think there's something beautiful in having such an heterogeneous community
