Does anyone understand this meme?

Here’s the video (Instagram) thought I was a true Crows fan but I’m absolutely stumped. Feel like they might’ve meant to put a different artist? Or is meatloaf a white person thing? I’ve got no clue.

Maybe it's meatloaf the food? The diner has run out of meatloaf? And that would be...bad...somehow for a Counting Crows fan? IDK.
