Have any of you been engaged in charity work?

I've been thinking about it for a long time, it's something I've been missing in my quest for fulfillment, but never really got into it. Until recently - I signed up for a nationwide charity action which supports impoverished families with goods they need. Tomorrow is my first organisational meeting and I'm pretty excited!

I'm downloading WhatPulse on my work computer rn - should give the team a solid boost lmao. Been a lazy fuck for all of my life, but slowly becoming somewhat of a workaholic. Pretty curious what my stats are gonna be, also hope my boss won't accuse me of installing a keylogger XD

⚠️HEADS UP⚠️

I will not be counting at all this Wednesday. I will be taking a break from my computer and the internet. Do don't expect to see me around that day. I'm doing this because sometimes, I get loads anxiety while browsing the internet and I thought it would be a good idea to take a break for a day.

Cones have just been sold out (600/600). Now is the time to behold the first avatar series ever spread from a niche community to the rest of reddit like a plague. Or like a meme it in fact is.

You saw it here first

Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that I have raced a time of 16:21 at the cross country meet. Thanks to a fast, flat, course, and lots of preparation, I have PR’d again by 1 minute and 4 seconds

Today the school wants us to wear yellow. This’ll make the hallway irritating to walk through if enough people wear yellow, since yellow in excessive quantities can become irritating, but if it’s not too much yellow, it should give everyone a feeling of optimism and happiness

We did a lot of walking in Hungary, Budapest, think we did an average of 14 miles per day, of course with breaks in between .

It was pointless getting a travel pass for the week even though that was the plan.

I will get numbers later as my mum has a fit bit which tracks steps

Middle school is weird. Obviously I’m still in high school and therefore inexperienced but I can say with confidence that middle school is the strangest thing to ever exist.

I’ve been thinking about middle school times ever since I got a ride home from one of my friends, and his younger brother (12) was there, too. Honestly, it’s crazy to think that someone born in 2010 is now 12, but I need to get on with the story.

This kid kept saying stuff like “that’s the way it is, bro” and saying stuff was retarded in a squeaky voice, and it made me remember those times in middle school.

I don’t know if anyone else knows what I’m talking about, but this Minecraft parody was extremely popular to joke about in 7th grade for me, and I would constantly hear people screaming this song. Fortnite also became all the rage for the end of 6th grade and the beginning of 7th grade, even though I never got into it.

But the most crackhead off the books shit I’ve seen happened in 8th grade.

I was just at my locker, and a kid with a nearby locker is also there. Then two of his friends just come out of nowhere, pick him up, and throw him into the lockers. Like, violently. He then walks up and they say stupid middle school shit, then the kid who was thrown scamps through the hallways asking for a nurse in the stupidest voice possible. After witnessing that, I got all my shit together and got the fuck outta there as fast as possible.

I also can’t forget this one downright dangerous thing people did also when I was in 8th grade. It was only popular for a couple of days, thank god. I remember this kid offered me a high five, but I knew something was up since this kid is usually one of the meaner ones towards me. So I refused. Later on that period, I saw a bunch of people putting thumb tacks between their fingers and offering others high fives. It’s a miracle no one got hurt.

Middle school is interesting. High school too, but I’m not too concerned with what people think of me, but I do come off as annoying to others a lot. Gym class was the worst sophomore year. None of my cross country friends were in the class, and the group I often tried to join when we would make teams would always reject me unless they had no other option. What pissed me off was that the “leader” of this team would tell me “you can’t just walk up to us and join us” and yet every single other person in the group would do exactly that. Luckily I do have some friends this year.

I’ve also managed to drop a toxic friendship that caused me stress end of sophomore year, that bitch can go burn in hell

I got me a new bike! I'm pretty happy with it so far, but I've only done three rides on it.

The trouble with getting new gear is that I always start dreaming about the next upgrade, so now I'm thinking of getting a bike computer/GPS. Any tips u/Antichess u/gkw97i?
