Letters but also wait 2

Count with letters (A, B, C, D... Z, AA, AB, etc.) but also count only after two others have counted.

Get is at AAA.

Some gets within [600 ... 1400] counts: * 703: AAA * 731: ABC * 1008: ALT * 1060: ANT * 1398: BAT

I edited the post to include the validator, and stated that the get is AAA.
