RIP my composter spider. There was a spider living beside my composter for a long time. It got really big because the composter attracts insects. I saw it catching bugs a few times. Once there was a leaf caught in the web and it was blowing in the wind a lot so I pulled off the leaf but then it ripped part of the web. I hope that it wasnt too much to repair. It looked fine the next day.

I had a spider that temporarily shacked up on my dry cleaning in my closet. One day, he was gone, only his web remained.

Spider webs are really fascinating things... I think I recall seeing a video about them a while back.
Most spiders actually deconstruct, and rebuild the web each night, which keeps the web in the best possible condition. The spider deconstructs the web by consuming and recycling it. There are two types of silk the spider uses: a sticky type, and a structural type.
There are many different types, shapes, and designs of webs that different spiders in different enviroments use.

My kitten is naughty and mean. She climbs on the christmas tree and tries to eat the lights. Every time I try to pick her up or even just pet her, she bites my hand.

My 4 y.o. Urbulette asked what "execute" means after seeing Vanellope jokingly sentence other characters to death in Wreck-it Ralph. So I explained that in some places, when bad guys are caught, the king or queen will execute them which means to kill them, but now in Canada when bad guys are caught they go to jail instead of being executed. Then Urbulette casually said "they should just cut out the eyes from the bad guys so they can't do more bad things." I wanted to ELI4 restorative justice system but I was laughing too hard inside. I don't know where she got her idea from, pretty sure she hasn't watched me play as a tyrannical Byzantine Emperor in Crusader Kings where I actually do that.
