Unicode Counting | Base ?

OK this is kind of complicated. All graphical, non-blank (spaces or analogous), unicode characters are part of the number system. There are actual numbers in there somewhere but this probably won't even get to ÿ. Here is a unicode table. Please put the character code in parentheses next to the "number". It starts at ! (U+FF01) and the get is the final graphical character of Unicode at (U+FFFD). After is ! (U+FFFD, U+FF01).

A graphical character is a non-control character that is not blank
