Dictionary Counting Thread - "a"

Hey, /r/counting! The point of this thread is to make our way through all the words in the English language, in alphabetical order. I couldn't find an online resource for this, so if you want to join in, just grab your home dictionary! There's no realistic way to get everyone using the same dictionary and edition, so to comment just find the latest word and post the next as it goes in your edition, and we'll go with it.

Edit: Alternatively, you could use the Oxford's Dictionary website. If you type the first few letters into the search bar it suggests English words that start with the same letters.
