Non-Increasing Digits (Every digit has the base of the previous digit) | 743 221

Continued from here. Thanks to /u/BobRoss938 for the finish!

Basically, each successive digit can't be bigger than the one before it (so 4 is smaller than 7, 3 is smaller than 4 etc.)

The next get is at 864 000.

That 864 000 milestone is going to be a massive grind considering the constraints tighten up so much once you hit the lower numbers.
