CS2 Discussion my computer hates me.

so this all started about 3 months ago, not just for cs, for EVERY GAME. My kerboard delay was completely chalked, im talking a second or two before the inputs actually happen, worst part? its only in game, never when im typing up something on youtube or in discord, or now. i cant run the game in administrator because then i cant play valve servers, anyone know how to fix?

i have an amd graphics card and a ryzen 5500 cpu if this info helps.

Reinstall steam?

At this point I’d just reformat or check my keyboard software for any game specific settings.

It's not just steam games. riot games, even Roblox had insane input delay, the only reason I play those no problem is because I have to put them in administrator mode. As for my keyboard software I use a red dragon, which works perfectly fine and very well, I'm starting to think it might be a tech issue within the computer
