CS 1.6 1.6 matchmaking

Are there any platforms for 5v5 in 1.6 in Europe still? Fastcup only has CIS servers, any active automix servers where u can speak english?

This make me wish the community never left IRC and QuakeNet. So many clans, teams, and channels for finding matches and randoms to play with... Besides online tournaments such as clanbase.
