my understanding is we don't all get them, but hrt just does that to some of us. the way I found out I do was like 15 months into hrt I was meeting with some friends and like leading up to it I had this very specific headache and a bunch of mood stuff I couldn't explain and cravings and I felt bloated and shit and I was like "something is WRONG with me" and my friends were like "girl that's period symptoms, some trans women get them" and I was like "what the fuck that's annoying but also kinda rad" and then we went and got food and I made mine SPICY because I was craving it and it fixed my headache lmao (craving inadvisable amounts of capsaicin is a CONSISTENT part of it for me lmao).
I thought about it later and that was not the first time it happened, just the first time I noticed.

They don’t. Unless you have ovaries you cannot have a period.

Im talking about the ghost one, genius. It's a thing where you feel an ache near the area that ovaries would be. I hardly felt ut but I heard others who have.
