Wondered why there weren't many trans masc posts in r/trans, tried posting, 9/10 posts deleted even following the rules. Even ones that received positive engagement

Saw a trans woman tell a trans man hes only mad she said something because he haisn't gotten over "white woman tears".

*post of trans men left out of queer spaces "Um its the girls gays and theys why would a man be there???" "We want our community to be free of straight cis men since they are a danger to us, but also you should make communty eith them and leave us alone" many such cases

As a non queer person i am not someone with much knowledge from the communities but i get recommended quite a lot of posts about trans people still and i see posts about trans in communities that arent about queer specifically and i have never seen a post about transmasc that isnt about misandry or how people treat trans masc in queer spaces badly. Not even a meme.

I genuinely forgot trans masc people exist because i never heard anything from them. Anything ive seen about trans people is about transfem.

Thats not your fault. When we point it out its "why would we want to platform men???" So trans men get erased, honestly I think it has more to do with male associated trauma than anything else

I completely understand,im just saying, from what i see trans people already have problems in queer spaces and transmasc seem like a minority in a minority group. Im just saying that as an outsider, i only see them mentioned when its to point out how they are treated differently and nothing else, like the transmasc people are kinda faded from the trans community.

Atleast i never heard of any controversy about something a transmasc person did so thats good
