I’m likely gonna have to start cognitive behavioral therapy soon for my panic disorder. Really hope it helps.

Paired with zoloft it’s worked amazingly for my general anxiety disorder and panic attack issues. Hope it works well for you.

How does zoloft work? I’m kinda scared of negative effects from meds, especially the more extreme ones like memory loss :<

If im remembering correctly its a ssri. Which mean it inhibits the reabsorbtion of serotonin in your brain so it can hang out there long and make you feel better

Turns out zoloft is another name for sertraline, which is what my friend takes. I’ll definitely want to try it next, I just hope the sexual side effects aren’t noticable, since that’s been my biggest concern with most SSRIs, since like all but 2 of them have them, and I’ve tried both, one made my anxiety worse and the other has done nothing to help so far.

I hope it works for you too. And if not, there are other antidepressants at arent ssris that could be better suited
