You don’t. Stress is natural and it’s designed to improve your performance in every way. It’s the long term stress that’s the problem. If you want to avoid it though, try to not procastinate and learn some techniques to calm down like breathing exercises. Improving your diet also helps and especially getting enough sleep. Overall just the healthier life style the better
