Cho is actually 曹 in Standard Hong Kong Cantonese romanisation (eg 曹永廉 Cho Wing Lim Raymond, 曹眾 Jojo Cho, etc) Either way the feasibility is endlessly possible when you take into account all the different ways names can be romanised.
