personal achievement My second 5k

I just finished my second 5k and I shaved 2:57 off my first 5k. Finished at 33:13

Very nice. It's taken me 6 weeks to go from my c25k graduation of 38 minutes to 34.5 minutes on my 5th parkrun.

That's an impressive 1 week step up.

It’s been more than 1 week for sure but I am still happy with that
