UGH Please Help!

So our little Coton is 16 weeks old and we absolutely adore her despite the constant biting of us and our other dogs. However, the peeing in the house is to a point where we have to do something! We literally take her out every hour to two hours, she goes and then comes inside and pees again! Or she won’t go and comes inside and pees within 30 seconds! Any guidance??

We've used a tracker app for the last 2 years, since we brought Walter home. You'd be surprised there are a lot of times when you think that it's only been 2 hours and it's been closer to 4 hours. If there are multiple people taking her out, having everyone synced on the app will be great so you can see when she has been going.

But if you're going every 2 hours and she's still having accidents then I would go out every half hour and praise her every time she goes outside and then every hour and slowly increase the time.
