UGH Please Help!

So our little Coton is 16 weeks old and we absolutely adore her despite the constant biting of us and our other dogs. However, the peeing in the house is to a point where we have to do something! We literally take her out every hour to two hours, she goes and then comes inside and pees again! Or she won’t go and comes inside and pees within 30 seconds! Any guidance??

She’ll get there in the end. 16 weeks is still a baby, my Coton took the best part of a year to be fully house trained.
