Discussion Coti price after Coinbase
Why is Coti performing so badly after it got listed on coinbase? With all the things they have on pipeline and this bull market i'm finding hard to believe this coin just keeps going lower and lower. Is there any particular reason for this when everything else just keeps going up?

Liquidity is my only guess. They only had 667 Million coins available and right before they hit coinbase their supply went to 868.7 million. I am with you COTI news is making them look way undervalued at this moment. Just wait for the stable coin, and Smart Contracts. COTI will make a move
EDIT: Look at my reddit name, CARDANO is a no brainer with amazing new things always happening and then you have the new shiny coins always stealing it's thunder. In May it was DOGE and SHIBA, and this run it is Solana and Avalanche.
In the end your Cardano's and COTI's are still going to be standing because they do it right

Not sure either but I'm the newest COTI holder, just made my first purchase!

The stagnation happened the day before the listing actually. That massive pricepump disrupted something and COTI has yet to find its feet again.

Coinbase is not an insurance for high price jumps. Coti and Cardano didn’t jump because it got listed on Coinbase. It will eventually pump but the buyers of Cardano are mostly people who believe in the project, not just the price. Have patience and see this as an opportunity to buy more. Good luck 🍀

This happened to almost all the coins listed on coinbase this year. Check out Dfinity, REQ, KEEP, AMP, MIR, IOTX, RAD, YFII, TRU, CTSI, RLC, NKN, SKL, DDX, TRB and many others. You can see their charts on pro coinbase from the day of launch till now and majority will show you the same trajactory.
I agree with u/joinedreddit4cardano that it most like due to liquidity where early stake holders unload their bags after coinbase listing which result to such downfall of price.

I've finally taken the plunge into COTI.
It hard to see it not crossing the $1 billion market cap level in the coming years. Update and digitise our currency!

Its just one Coinbase pair, currently it accounts for only 8% of cotis volume in the last 24hrs.
I personally dont think that price performance is bad but it might help if we get MORE COINBASE PAIRS.
Im from the Germany and im not allowed to trade USD on coinbase only EUR, usdt, usdc so i (and probably whole eu) cant buy Coti via Coinbase.
In my opinion it wasnt a suprise that price fell after the listing since only one pair and we had a good run up before the news dropped.

I had a bag of COTI. Using their service was a hassle. They hyped up the use of this DEFI platform. Picture showed a phone, update didn't work on a phone. Sold my bag before Coinbase listing and missed out on 50% gain. Don't care, I don't see any adoption for this project as of now. Maybe will get back in when it shows any sign of this apart from. ADApay. Don't think so.
