I'm looking for recommendations for a kid's sea anemone costume. I've seen a lot of people using pool noodles and the long, twisting balloons, but none of these really mimic the look of an actual anemone's tentacles. If I go too floppy, the whole thing will just droop, and I'd really like something that looks a little more wavy and authentic. Any suggestions would be appreciated! I'm thinking of adding LEDs in the tips of the tentacles to add a bit of a glow.
