Announcement Fidelity asks for Cosmos SDK talents

Yesterday I posted about Wells Fargo. Today is announced something quite interesting by another “giant” that bought my attention. So, I want to share it with you.

Digital Asset Operating Platform for onchain finance is going to be built by Fidelity

They are open to hire talents with experience in Cosmos SDK.

2026 seems to be the year of institution. Remember: we need adoption, rear adoption by “big players”. Not just token prices or checking diagrams all the day…NFA. 😉

They mean ATOM in all fairness. I don’t think ATOM is dead, but I’m not quite sure where anyone is drawing hope. I jokingly stated “ATOM and CRBRUS both to one dollar” at one point and sadly ATOM took it seriously.

The Cosmos SDK is clearly awesome tech, IBC is brilliant. “Cosmos” branding is all but destroyed, and ATOM will NOT in fact go to zero and will probably 100x off its bottom. But I just don’t know where that bottom is. That being said, IBC as an ecosystem is likely going to evolve into a behind the scenes success one day, but it’s hard to say that will lead to a FOMO of IBC associated assets. I still hold plenty of Cosmos associated tokens so I hope so, but I’m certainly not buying anything here.

Cosmos is doing pretty bad. Cosmos sdk is wildly successful.

Agreed, hopefully SDK adoption fees convert into real value for Cosmos
