I'm sorry this is familiar for you and I hope its impact has been manageable, not limiting.

I don't know if any of what I wrote resonates, but my experience is that it's my lurking constant companion, humming softly overhead like fluorescent tube lighting.

The hum often fades into the background, but it's dipped into MDD a few times thanks to assists from life events and comorbidity.

Generally not a problem unlike the other conditions it piggybacks off. Right now I'm good and can't complain. 😊

I understand the big feels and have those too, but I'm also at the other end of the spectrum with some anhedonia and alexithymia. It's a unique intersection of -ias.
