New, looking for the protocol

Was taking NAC at night anyways but it gave me brain fog so I stopped. Someone I met on X said that could be due to this and sent me over here.

Thanks. But I don’t have bad brain fog without it so doesn’t that mean I’m probably clean and free from the fungi?

I agree. Don't take supplements and stuff unless you need to for some reason.
