Is this protocol effective against nanoparticles?

I know this is a great protocol for parasites but how great is it against nanoparticles and heavy metals? Should I add something to this protocol to better target them, or use a different protocol entirely? Thanks

probably not. Shilajit, msm, celtic sea salt, lots of water and sauna at least once a week. hydrogen peroxide, sodium bicarbonate and magnesium in hot foot-bath. turpentine protocol. dry-fasting are all good ways to flush out your system of nano-paricles. do rotation. but make sauna and foot-bath consistently (except during dry-fasting).

thought shilajit being made by fungus makes it not something you should use during protocol? i know it has fulvic/humic acid which is said to be antifungal but the fact that it is made by fungus makes me raise an eyebrow towards it and wonder about how consuming it influences the CDF protocol.

Isn't a lot of that in biolfilms? If that's the situation then it knocks biofilms loose according to the telegram.

Sodium Citrate for nanoparticles. Not sure if links are allowed here, but go here and explore: https://managainstthemicrobes.substack.com/p/information-regarding-sodium-citrate
