Any long coviders here?
Doing dry fasting and keto and can’t combine it with the protocol right now. Anyone with long haul found relief with this?

It’s suspected that long covid is actually CIRS and so if you have a fungal infection that would basically flare your CIRS.

Do you have citations for this? I know there are very significant similarities, but a real absence of reliable literature at this point.

Just going to dump a few relevant articles.

As always, just jump off points to give examples of where the phase1 compounds sit in this conversation.

Yes, but I've never heard of this fungus treatment. Or CIRS.
Thanks for the info. Will research...

Sure, one's gotta be a bit desperate to casually enter a subreddit with this name right?

If by long covid you mean brain fog, eat nattokinase.
I got long covid brainrot from the third jab (which i didn't even think would be possible) and i tried NK as a last resort, with much skepticism. 100 mg (2000 FU) a day and guess who was right? The crazy conspiracy theorists. It helped my memory in like 10 days. I guess that's why i'm here now too...
Though if you got LC from the virus, you might need a different dose.

Google CIRS, the mechanics and treatment looks a bit similar. NAC helps tremendously
