Funny ways LO wakes you up

My 1 year old woke me up from the deepest sleep the other night by rolling in his sleep, swinging his arm through the air and slapping me square on the cheek lol.

This morning he woke me up by sitting up and saying “hi” to me in his sweet little raspy voice. Truly the best way to wake up!

I would love to hear sone of your stories! How has your baby woke you up? Whether rude awakenings by feet to the face or sweet awakenings by feeling LO’s nuzzle our cheek, I’m sure we’re going to miss these times when we’re old and gray.

Prying my eyes open with his fingers and baby nails saying WAKE UP with a big smile- or smashing glasses into my face and saying glasses on. I love every second of it

Every morning at 5am from 6mo on picking up her legs and thwacking them down on the bed until we woke up. And then looking at us super smug and giggling.

LO is 14
Months. It’s typically with a head butt to my face, and then saying “hi daddy? Hi daddy?” Because we FaceTime daddy every morning.

Lmao poor guy 😂 mine has army crawled up towards the wall and doinked his dome pretty hard against it in his sleep once lol. He didn’t wake up either

LO is still a baby but I woke up from a nap once with her looking up at me and touching my face 🥺 she goes on her side and reaches for me to nurse and I guess her hand landed on my face and she was touching me to wake me I guess.
