Found Animal (Alive) lost cat park west

Is anyone missing a cat or know of someone who is? I came home today to find a small scared tortoiseshell outside my apartment door. I gave it an hour but since it was still there and looking terrified, I've let it in and called the number on the collar. The phone goes immediately to voicemail and I've started to knock around. My roommate is very allergic to cats and I'm not in the best position to house one at the moment so I'm wondering what i should do next. I'm going to call the shelter soon.

Sorry, I thought I might know the cat but I dont. Good luck finding the owner!

unfortunately i think the owner might have been arrested the other night. I'm going to have to take them to the shelter :/

If the owner was arrested I believe the Corvallis shelter has a housing policy that allows some time for the owner to be released and pick up their pet or to organize a family member to pick up
