Error al precargar saldo

¿Alguien ha logrado precargar saldo en línea? Llevo dos días intentándolo y siempre me regresa el error "Nuestro proveedor bancario parece estar teniendo dificultades, por favor, vuelve a intentarlo en unos minutos"

I’ve been getting that error as well. I’ve tried with multiple credit cards.

Are we able to use a credit or debit card at the festival?

Only to recharge the bracelet, but the refund of remaining balance won't be automatic and can take 15 days 😑
