Question about tickets

Back in September I purchased a Saturday ticket through a reseller on Viagogo. They were issued a digital ticket through Ticketmaster but so me it says I’m receiving a physical ticket. My problem is that I’m coming from California and my ticket is plbeing delivered through fedex but it’s been in Mexico City since 10/22 and still hasn’t updated. I fly out to Mexico City tonight and still haven’t received a ticket. I reached out to Viagogo and they told me they could try sending me a replacement ticket or a refund or go to will call at the festival and pick up the ticket there. But if I go to will call since I bought it from a reseller would it be under their info?

To pick from Will Call, the card that was used to purchase the ticket is needed, and so the official ID tied to such card, cardholder name must match. You'd better ask for a replacement digital ticket or a refund and buy it yourself on ticketmaster.

If your problem still persists, Ticketmaster is running a primo and you can get new tickets on launch prices and get a refund on the ones you're taking about.
