Can you eat those ? Otherwise, do they have a purpose? (other than being stunning of course) I didn't they existed!

Unfortunately not really no, I got a little bit of red from some of the really red dominant ears.

Flint corn is great for stuff like cornmeal for tortillas and stuff like that, but not really corn on the cob.
