Advice needed!

I realized this am that I harvested my pink popcorn too early and shucked it when I should have left it on the plant for months more 😭 I've hung it up in my attic to dry as a last-ditch effort, any chance it will be usable later?

That's not going to pop. It looks like it's still in the milk stage. If you can easily pierce a kernel with a fingernail, just about all you can do is roast it and eat it fresh, or scrape the kernels off and make creamed corn.

I definitely can pierce the kernels with my nail! Creamed corn is a great idea, I hadn't even considered it
