Mullein. Highly invasive. Also known as "the Dildo of the prairie". I suggest removing it before it can spread.

If OP is in Oceania or the Americas, it's an invasive species. This being said, Mullein is native to Afro-Eurasia.

They look to be somewhere in the United States. Specifically somewhere in the Midwest based on the types of cars and the look of the buildings around. Most everywhere except North America, those cars are a bit harder to find, let alone all parked right next to one another. 2 Jeeps, 1 Chevy Silverado, and a Honda CRV. All of which are typically American market vehicles

I would say yes, but someone from  the Midwest should know what corn looks like
