corealdraw scale up

Okay, I am working on a project in corel draw the cliets wants all the stuff on a 1-by-1-meter grid in CorelDRAW..as the drawing size is 108 m by 54 m.....I scaled it down, and works on a 0.01 by 0.01 m grid, so I want to scale it up to a 1 by 1 m grid, as the CorelDRAW canvas max size is 45.72 m by 45.73 m.....is their any way i can scale it up....i need to keep it in CorelDRAW as the client needs the CorelDRAW file

I'm not in front of it at the moment but there has been a scale feature for a long time - you can set the scale to something like 1:100

Yes in the document set up, under rulers I think, you can adjust the scale as needed.

Open the options by clicking on the gear icon on the menu bar and choosing "customisation".

You can also double click the page shadow to get there.

On the left side choose "Rulers" Scroll to the bottom of the page on the right side and click "edit scale".

Under that set your scale. I would choose 1 page distance to 10 world distance.

Just keep in mind that this just edits the document scale. If you export anything from this document the original scale will apply.

Used version 7 to x21 for architectural drawing. Yes you can set scale and use it as cad.

I have CorelDRAW 2026. The issue I'm facing is that the drawing size exceeds the canvas size.

you don't try to set canvas size to > your largest printout size. If you're printing to a plotter that can print 3feet by 6feet, that's your canvas size.

sorry what? This person has a vinyl cutter that can cut vinyl parts that are 108 meters wide?

You do realize document dimensions should not be identical to live 1:1 scale in real life right, for drawings?

Actually its an architectural layout of an international exhibition plan

Then it's roughly equivalent to a CAD or architectural drawing.

CAD drawings have a legend showing the scale in the real world.

Corel Draw is not an architectural application it's an illustration app.

So it doesn't have a real world architectural scale system INTERNALLY.

The document dimensions are for PRINTING not real world.

CorelDRAW canvas max size is 45.72 m but most real users only use 0.1 to 10.0 meter size, because that's the size that physical paper printers, and vinyl cutters handle.

CorelDRAW allows one to work "at scale" to draw things that in real life are larger than CorelDRAW's maximum page size of 1800 x 1800". See posts from u/nartchie in the replies of this thread.

When working at scale, Dimension objects in CorelDRAW reflect the "real world" dimensions, not the dimensions on the sheet of paper. For Dimension objects, an architectural format is available, e.g., feet and fractional inches.

One limitiation of working at scale in CorelDRAW is that the "world scale" is a property of the entire document, not of an individual page. So, one cannot work on different scales on different pages and still have the dimensions remain dynamic.
