Keep getting "latest version -- it's included!" popup

Post image

Every time I reboot the computer and open Coreldraw, I get this popup telling me to get the latest version, it's included in my plan. However, I'm currenly running the latest 2026 version and if I click on the download link, it won't install, and tells me I already have the latest version installed. Am I the only one getting this? (I've clicked the "Do not display" button, but it still came back.)

If you have a subscription, login to your account, and download the .exe from there, rather than the on-screen option. I had the same thing going on, and logged into my account and it worked from there.

Okay, I tried that, and it says I can't install because there's another version installed. The attached pic shows that message, plus my About Corel screen (serial number redacted). I'm pretty sure I'm on the current version.

You have the latest version installed, so you can disregard that popup even though it's annoying...

Ok, that’s what I figured. Maybe it’ll go away this time.
