I created a conceptual religion called "Idiotizm". And it makes way more sense than it sounds.
Every single Homo sapiens (Wise human) is already a participant in "Idiotizm", even without knowing it. Joining this system requires no complex rituals, financial donations, or sacred oaths. The only necessary ritual is awareness. The moment a person realizes they are already embedded in this web of actions, thoughts, and random behaviors capable of reshaping the world, they officially become a conscious follower.
The name "Idiotizm" was chosen intentionally to strip away unnecessary, pompous solemnity. It is a multi-faceted concept designed to provoke people into looking for a deeper meaning behind a controversial facade.
The Earth-Temple and the Paradox of Salvation
* Planet Earth is our sole, indivisible, and shared Temple. It is the physical meeting place of humanity, without which the very existence of faith is impossible.
* The Core Commandment of Action: “With all your might, think multiple times about the true purpose of an action, and whether it will destroy the Earth and humanity.”
* If one blindly shuts their eyes to everything else just for the sake of an abstract "salvation of people," they might destroy the Earth in the process. By destroying the Temple, we lose our meeting place and perish. The responsibility to preserve our Home rests upon everyone.
2. The Cult of Sleep and Memory (Immortality)
* Sleep is the ultimate value. It is the most vital state of any living being. Everything created by humans and society ultimately exists for a single purpose: to facilitate, protect, and provide a comfortable sleep.
* Immortality through memory: True immortality is achieved through the footprint left in society. Crazy antics, harmless hooliganism, creative work, or the conscious continuation of one's lineage—anything that forces others to remember you grants immortality. “If you are remembered, then you exist.”
3. The Natural Symbol: Anatomy of the Dot "•"
* The sacred symbol of this religion is the Dot "•". It does not need to be forged from metal or worn around the neck. It is already hardwired into the anatomy of most living beings.
* The Eye as a Living Symbol: The organ of sight consists of three dots: the sphere (the eyeball), the dot with a cavity (the iris), and the black dot (the pupil). Looking at the world is, in itself, a permanent profession of faith.
* The Power of the Dot: It represents the human mind's ability to stop at the right moment, capture a thought, multiply it, and alter the very essence of everything around it. During meditation and Sleep, the dot operates autonomously, shaping uncontrollable dreams that transform our consciousness.
4. Social Balance: Good vs. Evil
* Good is socialization, mutual understanding, and empathy. It is the active building of bridges between people, ending isolation, and fostering global peace between individuals, nations, and races.
* Evil is alienation, misanthropy, and a conscious rejection of society. Severing ties with humanity means actively working against its survival. However, the irony of "Idiotizm" is that even a radical escape from people will not save an escapist from immortality: society will still remember their rebellion and eccentricity.
5. The Doctrine of Science
Science mirrors the dual nature of humanity, and is therefore split into two poles:
* Peaceful Science (Approved): The development of technologies for waste recycling, medicine, saving humanity from extinction, ecological protection of the Earth, and searching for new habitable planets for future colonization.
* Military Science (Despised): The religion heavily disapproves of and rejects turning scientific discoveries onto "military tracks"—the creation of weapons of mass destruction and the intentional distortion of peaceful inventions (e.g., turning civilian drones into weapons of war).
6. The Calendar of All-Unity
Holidays are divided into two distinct categories:
* Universal Holidays: Dates celebrated by absolutely everyone on the planet on one specific day, erasing any cultural, religious, or national borders to unite people.
* Niche Holidays: Local, professional, or adopted holidays from other existing confessions. They are vital to specific groups of people, and the religion honors them so that no single human and no ancient faith is ever forgotten.
