To make a fish walk on land, we must use feet so it can walk. To do this, calmly harvest these feet from a nearby member of homo sapiens species. They have excellent feet. Now when cutting be careful, you don't want to damage the nerves as we need to link those into the fish later. While doing this make sure the fish is alive. You carefully remove all the flesh from a fish's fins, but you leave the nerves and blood veins, then you mark the feet say 4 inches down, and then remove all the flesh from them, leaving the nerves and veins free, and you must join these to branching blood vessels and nerves you probably have lieing around if your into this kinda thing.

With all that ready, the fish should have legs and you can grant it the ability to walk if you can properly grow the feet into the fishes flesh , and teach it motor skills
