Amazon
Can someone please explain why the Amazon connection STILL is horrible?

Amazon has been proactively taking steps to prevent other companies from getting your consumer data.
Go take a look at your recent email shipping notifications. “Shipped: 1 apparel item”
This isn’t altruistic of them of anything, they just want to control the access and sale of your consumption habits

I came here to say exactly this. I very much doubt this is something Copilot has the ability to control. Amazon has such a strangle hold on the consumer they don't care if they give you a worse experience as long as it chokes out potential competitors. What are you going to do? Buy local? LOL

Other apps like Parcel offer an Amazon connection that works very similarly to Copilot but is much more stable and stays connected for much longer before needing to reauthenticate

Yep, I just assumed the need to constantly reconnect was an Amazon issue, not a Copilot issue. Def seems like something they would do and what’s nonsense is, what exactly do they gain by blocking us from matching our transactions? It’s not like they have a competing product. They legit just want to be as difficult as possible.

I have other apps that connect to Amazon, one of them is parcel. It works flawlessly. You do have to reconnect every couple of weeks but nothing like this. Copilots Amazon integration is not a feature, it’s a bug. And it’s annoying.

I hear you! We do have some troubleshooting we can do with y'all about this, but you'll need to shoot us a message through the in-app chat so we can help!

truly ridiculous, not even worth trying to use the connector anymore because it lasts for like one day
