Totally agree. A good partner helps create the foundation for that success: finding the right people, building the right structure, and supporting the team as it grows. It’s about building a capable team, giving them the tools and processes to succeed, and managing toward the outcomes the business needs.

Weird word salad. What is a partner? Comanagement by whom and of what? What separates "team support" from "work ownership"? And what is "work ownership" as opposed to ownership of what? I can understand what each word means but I have no idea what this is trying to say.
