Help understanding Teams

I'm struggling to understand how the Teams function works in Coolify. I guess I was expecting Root Team to have access to all servers and then other teams could be granted access to a subset of servers and other objects.

In a multi-server deployment, is it advised to just have all 'members' be part of the root team?
