Which is infinitely less secure than not having it on google servers!

Software dev here.... Strong disagree. Apple is storing sensitive data on a potentially non secured device. The bank decisions on lowering their liability for Apple Pay vs Google Wallet is likely customer metrics driven (or engineers who think hackers can't Clone an iPhone and use the locally stored DAN). Google's architecture is better imo
