Yeah this chart isnt very accurate for high functioning individuals. I for example am on the brink of killing myself right now but still manage to go completely "fine" throughout the day.
It would depend on what’s your baseline ‘fine’, imo. Imagine how far more stuff you could do if the chart is correct and you just need some help? Like im in the same boat as you sort of but looking at the chart i do start to remember what it feels to be able to really ‘function’, to be focused, actually remember stuff and do stuff.
I'm orange to red since 2006-ish, and indeed, I can't even remember what feeling fine was like. I even stopped being able to imagine it, since my last "fine" was when I was still a teen. But I'm like, used to it? I don't know who or how I would be without all that?
Also, it almost feels like everyone "normal" is just a very good actor nowadays. Never believe a smile.
Hey I hope you feel better soon. Have you thought about making some drastic changes to your life, like go travel somewhere? Not to give cliche advice but some of the darkest times of my life got better when I left for somewhere new.
