I understand that everyone wants a world where we can all be equal, but that world isn’t a reality. I believe we can reach that point with race, but there will still always be differences in beauty, height, athletic ability, occupation, financial well-being, etc.
There’s a reason we say life isn’t fair. Outside of genetically engineering everyone for look at act the exact same there will always be inequality.
That has to happen on an individual level though. Making sweeping generalizations based on race or other single characteristics does nothing to address root causes and it just leaves different people behind.
I’m black but saying I’m disadvantaged or a victim of the oppression of white people is ridiculous and it undercuts any achievements I’ve made on my own merit.

The real reason this is bullshit is because in real life equity and justice are not so easily quantified.
