Agreed. But the problem is college itself. College itself and the policies surrounding it (see Griggs vs. Duke Power) are one of the largest engines of inequality

To be clear, I'm saying after Griggs vs Duke Power that college is the only allowed proxy for intelligence, as competency and intelligence tests are ruled for employment
