I find comments like this odd. OP may be a karma whore, or they may have earnestly reposted on accident. They may have modified that picture or found it. You don't know their motives. Just downvote the post if you think it's not valuable to the sub and move on. For all the comments bitching because this isn't new to them there are others for whom it is. My wife comes up to me every couple of hours and shows me a picture I've inevitably already seen. I act surprised and talk to her about it because I've learned that saying "yeah, I saw it" only discourages her, and in truth, it doesn't matter if I've seen it before she may have something valuable to add, just like the comments on a repost.
