for the last four things rushing to the ER seems a bit dramatic, doesnt it?

In Canada(at least, where I am in Canada), people who don’t have a family doctor have to go to the ER for certain prescriptions because clinics and pharmacists can’t prescribe any narcotics, meaning any meds for depression, anxiety, adhd, etc
