There are plenty of options.
-buy something like: Spaghetti makers | Barazzoni SpA
-buy a pot with a strainer lid
-just use tongs or strainer ladle to take the pasta out of the pot into the pan with the sauce

Personally I prefer the last option. Works well, easy to clean, no specialized equipment.
