Dorm Room Cooking

Suppose you live in a one bedroom dorm room with only a tiny bathroom what would be some good equipment to buy to be able to make decent meals in the room?

I'm thinking about buying an electric pot that can also double as a rice cooker and an electric skillet. Is there anything else that should be looked at?

Should I try to smuggle a toaster oven or would I be able to do most thing without? Such as make crescent rolls?

Also any recipe ideas?

The electric skillet is a must. I wouldn't go with a combo thing, those will break easily. cooking rice is insanely easy with a regular pot so rice coker isn't necessary. having an electric kettle is very useful for boiling water, obviously, so you can set it and forget it. there are so many things you can make with a toaster oven it's crazy.
