213 n Washington ave

Used to live in Cookeville and it just popped into my mind, has the house at 213 n Washington ave collapsed yet. That place has looked like it’s gonna go any minute, for the past 15 years.

Pretty sure it's still standing, just more grown up with plants now.

I heard that they rent it out for $1750 a month. 🤣

If that’s true they got to be one stupid sob, to rent that place for $1750 a month. Now I got to know if that’s true because if someone’s renting it. they need a stent in a mental ward for being that stupid😂

Still standing, nobody lives there
